1. *Heats fast*: 15 bar makes more heat than 8 bar – Clean cooler monthly
2. *Oil carry over*: High pressure pushes oil out – Check separator every 1500hrs
3. *Motor overload*: If voltage low <340V, 10HP high pressure trips – Need 20KVA stabilizer ₦450k
4. *Belt slip*: 15 bar needs tight belt – Check belt tension weekly

1. *Check real need*: Many buy 15 bar but only need 8 bar – 15 bar uses more light + less air. If your tools need only 8 bar, buy 8 bar 10HP – Cheaper ₦1.6M and more air 35 CFM vs 28 CFM
